Your contacts

Every person you negotiate with becomes a contact in your company workspace — without you having to register anyone.

Contacts collect themselves#

There is no “add contact” button, because you don't need one. A contact appears automatically when:

• You accept someone's invitation to a chat.
• Someone accepts an invitation of yours.
• You add a person you already know directly to a chat.

The entry is created on both sides: the inviter appears in the contacts of whoever accepts, and the other way around.

Independent of your chats#

Contacts live apart from chats:

• Deleting a chat doesn't delete the contact.
• Deleting a contact doesn't remove anyone from a chat.

What each contact shows#

Open “Contacts” from the menu. Each contact shows:

• Their name and their company.
• Their role for you: buyer or seller.
• Your description: private notes only you can see.
• When it was created.
