When a document is missing
When a chat holds confirmed money — payments both sides treat as real — without an invoice behind it, Ramon points it out. Not to scold you: so that when your accountant asks for the quarter's papers, they're already there.
Where you see it#
- In the chat: a notice in the payments tab, right when a payment is confirmed and leaves a gap — with the undocumented amount and the options one tap away: create the invoice prefilled, upload the one you were given, or say «not needed».
- On the Invoices page: a strip at the top with the chats that hold undocumented money, and how much.
- In the morning summary: if something new was left undocumented since yesterday, it tells you — counts only, no amounts in the email.
It resolves itself#
As soon as the invoice exists — created or uploaded — the notice disappears on its own. There is nothing to mark as resolved: Ramon recalculates on every change, so a notice never outlives its cause.
You have the last word#
Some money doesn't need an invoice, and Ramon understands that:
- «Fine as it is up to X €»: the notice is dismissed and only returns if new money appears beyond that.
- «This chat never needs invoices»: mutes the whole chat (payroll, for example). Reversible whenever you want.
