Invoices and your accountant

The end of every quarter tends to look the same: your accountant asking for papers and you digging for them. With your invoices already in Ramon — issued, uploaded, and the gaps flagged — the simplest way to share them is to let them in.

Inviting your accounting firm#

From your company page you can generate an invitation (link or QR code) that grants access to all the company's chats. Your accountant joins with it like anyone else — nothing to install, no export requests.

• They see what you see: issued and received invoices, with their PDFs and originals.
• They also see the missing-document notices — the chasing work is already done.

And they can ask Ramon#

Once inside, your accountant doesn't have to ask you: they can ask Ramon. «Which invoices are missing this quarter?» gets a direct answer, with the amounts and a link to the Invoices page. Fewer back-and-forths for both of you.
