Your company workspace

Your company workspace is your private corner of Ramon: it holds your chats, your contacts and the items of your negotiations. Nobody sees anything in it except you and the people you invite into specific chats.

Created for you, no extra steps#

You don't create your workspace yourself: it appears automatically the first time you accept a chat invitation.

• When you accept your first invitation, your company workspace is ready and you receive a welcome email confirming it.
• Later invitations never create a duplicate or re-send that email: they simply open the door to more chats.

What's inside and who sees it#

Everything you do in Ramon is kept in order inside your workspace:

• Your chats — the ones you created and the ones you were invited to.
• Your contacts — the people you negotiate with.
• Your items — the order lines, tasks and payments of your negotiations.

It's private by design: the only people who see anything are the ones you invite, and only inside the specific chats you invite them to.

Owning one and belonging to several#

• If you own a company workspace, you also get a Company page with its details, addresses and invitations — the page "Your company page" explains it.
• You can belong to more than one company workspace at a time — the page "Working with several companies" covers how that works.
