Ramon collects the bare minimum and never sells or shares your data. This page explains, in plain language, what we keep and why.
Who is responsible
The Business Chat (Ramon) is the data controller. For any privacy question, write to privacy@thebusiness.chat.
What we collect
If you request an invitation on the waitlist we keep your name, your email, the page language and the date of the request. Nothing else.
What we use it for
Only to send you a personal invitation to Ramon. The legal basis is your consent: you give it by submitting the form. No spam and no marketing lists.
Cookies and tracking
This public website uses no cookies and no trackers of any kind. If you log into the application, we use a single session cookie, strictly required for signing in.
IP addresses
We use your IP address transiently to protect against abuse (submission rate limiting). It is not stored with your request.
How long we keep it
Until we send you the invitation or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Data is hosted in the European Union, on our own infrastructure.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@thebusiness.chat. We'll answer personally.
