Ramon's monthly budget
Talking to Ramon (the assistant) draws on a monthly usage allowance included with your account. Most days you won't even notice it; this page explains how it works and what happens if it runs out.
How the allowance works#
- Your account includes your monthly Ramon budget: a usage allowance that renews every month.
- There's also a daily pace, designed so the allowance lasts the whole month. What you don't use one day isn't lost: it rolls over to the following days within the same month.
- There are no figures to watch and nothing to configure: just use it normally.
What happens when it runs out#
If the allowance runs out, Ramon pauses: you can't send it new messages, and a notice in the conversation tells you when you can try again.
Your manual work never stops#
The pause only affects the assistant. Everything else keeps working exactly as before:
- Your chats, order lines, tasks and payments are never blocked.
- You can keep adding, editing and deleting everything by hand, as always.
- The rings bubble on the Home screen (see "Your Ramon budget at a glance") warns you ahead of time, before you get to the pause.
