A chat's timeline

Each chat keeps its history. Above the item tabs sits a toggle with two views: "Normal" and "Timeline". The first is for working; the second, for understanding what happened and when.

Normal and Timeline#

• Normal is the everyday working view: the tabs for order lines, tasks, payments and members.
• Timeline replaces those tabs with the chat's history: what changed, who changed it and when.

How to read the cards#

The history is shown as cards, newest first. Each card groups the consecutive changes made by one person:

• What was added, edited or removed, with the before and after values.
• If a run of edits ends where it started, the card sums it up as "no net change" — a collapsed note you can expand to see the detail.

Since your last visit#

• A "You were last here" divider separates what happened since you last opened the chat from everything before it.
• At the end, "Load older changes" extends the window further back, as far as you want to go.
