Your company invitations

Besides inviting someone to a single chat, as the owner of your company workspace you have two always-ready invitations to bring people into your company, each with a different level of access.

Where they live#

On the Company page, members tab. Each invitation is a card with its QR code, its copyable link, an explanation of what it gives access to, and its expiry date.

The two invitations#

• “Company access” — invite to the company: whoever joins can see all your company's chats and create new ones. Meant for the people on your team.
• “Collaborator access” — invite a collaborator: whoever joins only sees the chats they create themselves. Meant for people who work with you without being on your team.

What happens when they join#

• Show the QR or send the link through whatever channel you prefer.
• Whoever follows the link and signs in joins your company with that invitation's access.
• If it's their first time in Ramon, their own company workspace is created automatically too.
