The analysis page

The analysis page answers questions that cut across chats: “everything I have to collect this month, across all my chats”, without opening them one by one.

Everything in one table#

Open the menu and choose Analysis. You'll see all the order lines, tasks and payments from every chat of your active company, together in one table — each row shows which chat it belongs to.

• The “To buy” / “To sell” tabs split the data by your role in each chat.
• One tab per type of item: order lines, tasks, payments — and the chats themselves.

Sort, group and filter#

From each column header you can shape the table:

• Sort by any column, ascending or descending.
• Group by a column, with totals per group — for example, the sum of payments per chat.
• Filter: each type of field gets a fitting filter — text search, number ranges, date ranges, completed yes/no.

Save your views#

When a combination of sorting, grouping and filters proves useful, save it as a named view. You can then switch between your saved views with one tap, and manage them — see how each one is defined or delete the ones you no longer use.
